Have lived here for a few years and have to say it only gets better. They got new gym equipment and re-did the clubhouse. I am very happy to call Rivers Bend home!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Best place to live in Salem County!! The staff is helpful and kind and every time I have an issue it is resolved quickly!

I currently live at Rivers Bend and with the recent and snow and ice want to commend the staff for a great job!!

This property has gone completely downhill since the their maintenence supervisor who provided their property to have over 30 years experience is no longer working at the property.



While I lived there we had only really ever seen him the last year of our residence and on certain occasions looking over the grounds and any time when there was snow.



The maintenence crew themselves are not of the best choice candidates and it truly shows when a call is placed in.



Our apartment had several issues that the presiding supervisor of only the Riversbend property had to come out several times as nothing was being fixed to code.



We had ultimately had the great joy of having Ron come for one of our calls in 2010 and had fix an on-going problem we had numerous calls in for that spanned over 2 years.



From that point on when we had a maintenance issue we specifically asked for him.



Residence from this property who have lived 10 years know him all too well as friendly, kind and more over fixed anything and everything correctly the FIRST TIME.

The new office manager seems to be a HUGE improvement from Sheila who was only placed at a different location after not charging "some" residents rent as they did not have the money when due.



I only know of this as our neighbor who resided in the apartment directly next door/above ours had told us he had not paid rent for over 4 months and Sheila told him to pay when he could.



The complex itself is old, outdated and does not follow codes but rather instead will MacGuver whatever the problem is until it becomes so bad to the point it will need to be replaced.



Again all of this is from my family's personal experience over our 5 years renting at Riversbend.



Overall if you care less about quality and service this is the place for you.



Otherwise, there are much better options in Salem County.
