Since 1944, RingSide Steakhouse has been the prime place for steaks that are carved on premises. The ever evolving menu offers the steak aficionado perfectly-seasoned USDA Prime beef. In addition, diners may select chops, chicken, and Northwest seafood. The world class onion rings are those that James Beard claimed "are the best in the world". Wines from around the world are offered but a special selection of Northwestern wines highlight the extensive list of some 800 labels.
