I have never had a bad meal at Riefes! The waitresses are friendly and tolerate my messy grandchildren with a smile. I expecially like their shrimp dinner-a good meal for a good price. Their homemad soups are the best also.

This is the WORST restaurant to eat at in the Quad City & surrounding area. I ordered an unbreaded pork sandwich, after arriving at the table & I cut the sandwich-not only was it unbreaded in was uncooked also. RAW inside! After notifying the waitress, she and one of the owners of the restaurant were anything but apologetic. Never an,"I'm sorry" or anything. My son & I also witnessed two different waitresses plucking french fries off plates they were about to serve. The one waitress was actually still chewing as she delivered the plate. After such a bad experience, I still had to pay for my sons meal and my drink-again with NO apology. I will tell everyone I know,"Never eat at Riefes". This use to be a good restaurant years ago(15 or so) when my grandmother would take me there as a child but now that I have a family of my own it is very disappointing to see over the years, not only has service went downhill, the food is horribly cooked.
