Hired this service for a birthday party. The car was clean and it was a excellent shape. The driver was the driver from HELL!! Didn't bother with speed limits drove carelessly two of the young girls hit their head. After calling and writing a complaint about the extremely poor service I was told I would get a voucher for a free ride. After chasing that down for a year I was told it was to late and they would not honor anything. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD!!!!!!

We surprised our parents with a concert and booked Ridecar for them to travel to Rosemont Theater. Our experience was top notch. Our driver, Saim Khan, was prompt, courteous and professional. The car was immaculate and comfortable. We have found our car company for our family's future ride service needs.

These people are dishonest, we ask for a 10 passenger limo, we got a 8 passenger limo, the driver picked us up on time but he was driving like a toddler to the airport and we missed our flight, so we cancel the return pick up with the driver, since a total of 8 people just missed the flight, why would we do a return pick up, we got a call the day before coming back home and was told we will be charge for the return pick up because we did not cancel by email, really!! we cancel up close and personal in your driver face, so please be careful if you book with this company. they will try to get your money anyway possible.
