I first started talking to Tyler a few months ago about a new RV and gave him the all the information that he needed. He told me he had one coming in that might fit my needs.
A Flagstaff V Lite 30 WRLIKS come to find out it is the same floor plan as the other one that they took off the market! When it arrived Tyler called me and I arranged a time to go see it. Now I had been there several times before and looked at pretty much every Flagstaff they have on their lot, but when this one arrived and I saw it! You know when you get that feeling like love at first sight we'll need I say more!
Tyler is truly professional and his knowledge of the Flagstaff productions line. He pointed out things that I didn't know about this new RV! I been a rv'er for 30 plus years and walked away from this place with some new knowledge!
Their shop and service people are the best there is in my book! I'd like to mention someone else their shop technician Kevin Robinson really knows what he's doing when it comes to giving you your walk through and very attentive to your questions and has all the answers. I even threw him and few trick questions just to try and stump him, but failed! His knowledge of what he does is bar none!
I want to thank each of the people that helped in making my new buy the experience of a life time, Ms. Munday, Mr. Travis, Mr. Gabe, and my direct salesman Mr. Tyler. You all are a family business and I did appreciate how you all affected me! Just down home people!
This was a great experience and I will tell others where to go when in search of a new RV for the best camping experience! Again thanks to all!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I can not say enough good things about this incredible family. They're knowledgeable, professional, honest and polite. This is my first RV purchase and I fell in love with the stainless steel but I stayed for the exceptional customer service. Every email had a timely response, every question answered, for MONTHS Tyler walked me through the process until I was finally ready to buy. I went to (finally) pick up my baby yesterday morning and the service I've come to rely on exceeded expectations once again. Tyler personally walked me through every inch and procedure, even writing out a list of things to watch for and keep maintained. He sold me only the essential extras and the whole family was happy to answer questions...no matter how many times I asked them. I feel really confident in my choice. I love my rig and I'm thrilled to have gone through Rick's RV Sales to get it. These guys are wonderful. ♡

We live in SE Michigan, and found the best deal on the RV we wanted at Rick's. We were immediately impressed with the quality of their sales video. We called and discussed the RV with Tyler, the owner's son, and were able to negotiate the sale over the phone. Even though we were a three day's drive away, and would not be able to close the sale and pick up the RV for almost a month, a small deposit was all it took for Rick's to take it off the market and hold it for us. When we arrived, the RV was exactly as advertised, and although it was a previously owned 2013 model, it was in like-new condition. The one minor defect that we found (actually, Tyler found it and brought it to our attention) was fixed on the spot. After almost a month of traveling in it, it is performing perfectly with NO problems whatsoever.

We visited every RV dealership in the area, and Rick's, hands down was the best. Their finance team offered the best rates, their travel trailers were the nicest and best priced, and their goal is not to sell you a unit, but to make you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. Don't buy anywhere else without checking with Rick's RV in Ville Platte first.
