Dr. Richard Gregory is a Board certified plastic surgeon at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery with offices in Celebration and Altamonte Springs, FL

Dr. Gregory is a pioneer in laser surgery and skin resurfacing, and is Board certified through the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery,. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in laser research. In 1983, Dr. Gregory began research with aesthetic lasers as an Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Cincinnati. Since then, he has authored numerous textbook chapters, scientific articles and medical publications, held teaching assignments at many universities, and has spoken at various medical conferences around the world. He has been recognized in Top Doctors and America's Best Doctors and is one of the elite members of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Gregory specializes in facial cosmetic surgeries such as facelifts, browlifts, eyelid lifts, laser resurfacing, nose surgery, and body contouring such as breast augmentations and breast lifts. The Institute also specializes in aesthetic enhancements such as injectables (Botox, Restylane, Juvederm and Perlane), laser peels, brown spot removal, laser hair removal, photo facial treatments, fractional laser procedures.

Dr. Gregory’s offices provide a full spectrum of laser options that produce enhanced results with less invasiveness, having more lasers than most hospitals. Laser complements Botox, Juvederm and Restylane fillers, as well as enhancement surgery such as facelifts, eyelid lifts, etc., and can enhance the results dramatically. The new fractional lasers (The Institute has 5 of this type of laser) have added a new dimension to aesthetic enhancement. The Institute feels there is no need for any patient to have a procedure done where comfort is not a priority. Therefore, we use topical numbing agents ranging from a “chocolate scented” numbing butter and facial masks to oral or injectable medications, depending on the type of procedure being done.
