Smoked and Tender Ribs by sunshine001 - 10/31/2009They have a policy at Rib City, If you pick up a knife to eat your Baby Back Ribs, they will pick up the meal!!! But you'll never have to do that because they are soo wonderful and flavorful - you will find yourdelf eating another rack or two... And the desserts are homemade right in the kitchen - you can't ask for anything better. Especially there Pecan Pie with carmel and whip cream, yumm - the Owner's grandmother's recipe...
