Select from Award Winning Imported Baby Back Ribs; St. Louis Spare Ribs by the plateful; lean Beef and Pork sliced thin; plump, juicy Chicken; delicious Smoked Turkey Breast or tender Riblets. Top our meats with one of our four secret recipe signature Barbecue Sauces - Sweet, Tangy, Hot or Carolina Mustard.

The pink coloring and ring in our Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey and Ribs is due to our barbecue cooking process and basting sauces. Look for the pink smoke ring to ensure you are eating REAL smoked barbecue!
