Rheinlander bakery is home to some of the world's most treasured baked goods the way you remember from grandma's kitchen. Here you will find our two pound fresh strudels, kuchen, wonderful potica, authentic European torte cakes. The cakes are melt in your mouth delicious. They are filled with real butter cream. Whatever your occasion, birthday, wedding, baby shower, this is the place to get your cake. We are trans fat free and all natural. We serve coffees that are European style too!

Special needs is our specialty, including diabetic cakes, gluten free cakes & gluten free breads. Our owner, Maro Dimmer is a celiac and a cancer survivor, so you know that the baked goods in our sweet deliverance line and Celia's line are especially formulated with your health in mind. Whether you are gluten intolerant, or wheat sensitive, whether you are diabetic, hypoglycemic or simply low carb, our special pastries will bring you a piece of heaven. They are all naturally sweetened with xylitol, erythritol and stevia (reb-a) for a taste that parallels and surpasses sugar counterparts. Our gluten free mixture of flours is organic, whole grain and full of nutrition, plus we use whey protein isolate to boost your immune system.
