Here you will find our two pound fresh strudels, kuchen, wonderful potica, authentic European torte cakes. The cakes are melt in your mouth delicious. They are filled with real butter cream. Whatever your occasion, birthday, wedding, baby shower, this is the place to get your cake. We are trans fat free and all natural. We serve coffees that are European style too!Special needs is our specialty, including diabetic cakes, gluten free cakes & gluten free breads. Our owner, Maro Dimmer is a celiac and a cancer survivor, so you know that the baked goods in our sweet deliverance line and Celia's line are especially formulated with your health in mind. Whether you are gluten intolerant, or wheat sensitive, whether you are diabetic, hypoglycemic or simply low carb, our special pastries will bring you a piece of heaven. They are all naturally sweetened with xylitol, erythritol and stevia (reb-a) for a taste that parallels and surpasses sugar counterparts. Our gluten free mixture of flours is organic, whole grain and full of nutrition, plus we use whey protein isolate to boost your immune system.

Fantastic Gluten Free Deserts! by onlymle - 09/04/2007I have visited several times since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease two months ago. I tried Deby's (another GF specialty food spot) and was disappointed. Could I ever have something that tastes good again? Then, I tried Rheinlander and WOW! Their lemon dreams are amazing, the carrot cake is better than a regular flour cake and the best thing is they make alot of their sweets sugar free! Although they might be easy on the waist line they are NOT inexpensive. Costing $3-4 for a small treat and $30 + for a very small cake. It's worth it!
