Revolvstore was founded in 1983 by Paul "Matt" Dillon and his wife. Matt, a recently retired Lt. Col. from the U.S. Air Force, was an avid Volvo enthusiast and having driven them for many years was aware of their incredible quality, durability and reliability. He believed there was a market for quality recycled Volvo parts and in 1983 his vision became a reality with the founding of Revolvstore.

Business grew as word of Revolvstore spread not only across the country but around the woeld. Arizonas dry desert climate was a perfect source for quality "Rust Free" body parts. Matt also recognized a demand for new parts and started stocking and offering new parts as well. Revolvstore became "the" go to place for vintage and modern Volvo parts for enthusiasts everywhere.

In 1997, Revolvstore was sold and the operation expanded to include not only parts and used cars but service as well . Once again in 2004 Revolvstore changed ownership and service became the emphasis for the new owners. Unfortunately, this led to a decline in the parts business and eventually the demise of the older vintage parts altogether.

That brings us to June 2011 and a "new - old" beginning for Revolstore. Mike White, involved with Revolvstore since 1990, is the new owner . Our new name is Revolvstore Parts and within the next year we will become Vintage Volvo & Rover. Our vision is of a company that will once more become the preeminent source for vintage Volvo parts in the Southwest and eventually the entire country.

This vision also includes the addition of Rover & Land Rover parts. We realizes that in today's market and economy it is becoming more difficult to be a single line Recycler and New Parts provider. Rover cars, Land Rover trucks and SUV's bring the same strong heritage of reliability, quality and durability as Volvo. Rover enthusiasts are very much like Volvo owners in their almost fanatical love for their vehicles and Mike's initial inquiries with the Rover community met with resounding approval of the idea.

We know that returning to the past and placing emphasis on vintage Volvo & Rover parts will not be an easy task but we are dedicating our energy to make it happen. We hope you will share in this journey with us and remain patient and loyal as we embark on this exciting adventure.
