Unethical by Ripped off customer - 07/04/2009
Don't call this company unless you want to be subjected to misleading selling practices and egregiously overcharged! The serviceman outright lied about the price of the materials he supplied, which I did not discover until after he left. For the last 4 weeks, despite repeated phone calls to the company's receptionist and giving a detailed account of my complaint, no one will return my calls. I would have given zero stars if possible!

I had one of there plumbers come out to clean my sewer that had backed up and made a horrible mess in my basement they were verry prompt clean and knowlageable they did extra cleaning at a discount it did add up but well worth it. after all was said and done he had his supervisor come out to make sure he got all the roots out. I will use this company for as long as I own my home.

NOT Cheap and No good! by 1432M - 11/16/2008
Had them come clean out our sewer line. $426 later (and that was after a $100 Senior Discount!) the problem went away for 41 days - then it returned. We called to tell them we needed them to come do a follow-up cleaning because the first time didn't do it; but since they only guarantee their work for 30 days they wanted to charge us the full price again!

We called Electric Rooter and Drain - They cleaned our sewer line and only charged $155 . They said if we had any problems to call them and they would come back for free. We have never had to call them back and its been 5 months.

Electric Rooter and Drain provided great service at a very fair price.

Do Not call Rescue (RIP-OFF) Rooter

These guys weren't cheap but they came out and did plumbing work for me on a Saturday and got it done fast. Very curteous staff also.

Outstanding Customer Service by Desher - 09/05/2007
The whole experiance was a great. We had a backed up sewer line and they came out within 1 hour of my wife calling. They cleared the drain and had their field supervisor come out at no charge to run a camera down our line to see what caused the back-up. Our line was broken so they came out and repaired the line the next day. They did an great job and the inspector who signed off on the job said they are the most reliable repair company in Denver. Thanks guys.
