This Company does not answer their phone. Goes to Customer Service voicemail saying they will return your call. They do not return calls

Poor service so far. Didn't pick up yard waste buckets for two weeks - April 9 & 16 - and once again did not pick up on 4-30-2015.

In early April, left a can liner bag full of garbage from blue waste bucket, and a plastic milk jug from recycle bucket.

They are extremely rude on the phone. They forgot to pick up our "recycling can" two days ago and when I called to remind them they refused to help me unless I called it a "recycling can". They also needed a description of it even though our other trash receptacles had been picked up at their correct time and it will be easy to spot our "recycling can" still on the curb and full. They need to work on their customer service. They transferred me several times, but I wound up talking to the original person (Kathy) who I was put in touch with. It's a pain that we have to use them
