Absolutely the best price on college books and as long as you follow the instructions on returning the book, it works perfectly. They are the first place online that I check when purchasing my son's textbooks.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

I mailed my book back to them without knowing that the USPS gave me a faulty tracking number. The book never got back to them and with back and forth between them and the USPS I STILL got charged my book!!!! I had a picture WITH THE DATE of the tracking number when I mailed the book back to them. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE!!!!!

They are rude, disrespectful, and have terrible customer service. Please be careful if you choose to work with these people. Protect yourself, buy insurance and tracking. Do not use their label. I sent two books back using their label. Four months after accepting my two books back into their inventory, without an email, a phone call, no communication--they charged me $200 to my credit card. When I called, they say they did inventory four months after I returned their books, couldn't find the book, so they charge the last person they think had the book. This isn't right.

Renttext are crooks. I mailed out the book before the due date with their shipping label. After 5 months was charged the price of the book without even an email asking for the book. If you do rent from them DO NOT USE THEIR SHIPPING LABEL. PAY YOUR OWN SHIPPING AND ADD TRACKING. THEY ARE THIEVES!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONES, ONLY BY EMAIL. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
