We bought our furniture set there and one of our pillows was missing. They told us that the pillow would be replaced in October of 2011. In December, I was told that they had forgot to place the order, but they will. January came by and the pillow was on back order. It is now mid-February and the pillow is still on back order. When I come in to ask about the pillow, they give me a dirty look and tell me again that the pillow is on back order. They still call me to ask to if I want more furniture there and I know that I will never buy there again.
