long time tenant off and on for 15+ years by kymi - 09/17/2009I've rented several different locations thru the years from Carol and refered more people to her than i can remember whenever house hunting times came around. I feel pretty good about saying that my experiences with Carol were always great. She was easy to work with, rental rates were affordable and the units weren't too bad- Some of them were really quite nice and all were perfectly located! The worst thing i could say would be that she can be a bit busy sometimes and could use a secretary, (which by now she probably has!). So if you are looking for a new place to live i'd give a thumbs up to this property manager, give her a call!
