History of Reliable Medical Supply Reliable Medical Supply, Inc first opened its doors on March 6th of 1989. Owners Jeffrey Hall and John Hall collaborated with the idea of a company that would provide much needed home medical services to the twin cities area. Unlike most businesses, the selling of products was not the focus of this new business. The central goal of the business was your personal care. They wanted to ensure you would receive second to none personal care every time you visit. This assurance and personal care has progressed throughout the years and is prevalent in the business today.
