The Five Star Rated(R) Homeowner Referral Guidebook was my source for discovering Reliable Garage Door. Having been impressed by my conversation with the customer service representative, being asked all the appropriate questions, I knew that I had selected the right company to resolve my dilemma. Not only did I have a car trapped in the garage, because one of two springs to lift the manually-operated door had snapped, but the battery was dead in the automobile. I was informed that an experienced technician would be sent out early Sunday afternoon. John Ritter, a Navy veteran, arrived promptly and professionally scoped out the situation. While he said the old Ideal garage door was solid, the dual, perpendicular spring system was extremely unsafe and should be replaced with a single, reinforced, parallel spring above the door. I apologized for not being able to move the car a few inches forward and John said it would not be a problem. He quickly went work to get the job done, exceeded my expectations, all within my budget. I highly recommend John and Reliable Garage Door to assist you.

Jake was very professional. He listened to my concerns and then gave me a few options for me to decide upon. He did the work beautifully and always with a smile and a great attitude. We first called your competition(only because we had used them before) to be told we need a new door, new opener, and new springs. Needless to say we will never call them again. When the time comes we will call Reliable Garage Door for all our garage needs. You have a gem in Jake!

Reliable Garage Door is the best of the best! Several years ago, James updated and reinforced the springs, rails, rollers and added braces. My townhome garage door was equipped with only the bare minimum. Peace of mind knowing a job well done and I have a lifetime warranty on the major components is a huge relief. Most recent, the hot weather caused a sticky section (totally my doing) and the door would stop at initial opening. Justin inspected everything and took the time to fully explain what was happening as well as fix an entry pad issue I had in addition. I cannot say enough great things about the Reliable Garage Door team! They all are very professional, prompt and courteous -- from the office appointment set-up to the tech personnel on site. Again, the Best of the Best!

The spring broke on our garage door. Called for a repair and got prompt, courteous service from Mike. The door and hardware were 15 years old. Mike did a thorough inspection and provided a list of options and their costs. He and I talked at some length about the repair with no attending sales pressure. Mike was knowledgeable, patient and had clear answers to my questions. I made my choice, the work was well done, and the price was fair. All in all, a good day.

After 4 different estimates and reading reviews, I chose Reliable Garage Door for my purchase and install for my new Amarr Designers choice 3200 High insulated 19.4 R value garage door. Now that my garage is insulated, sheetrocked and taped,painted, and new custom cabinets, it was time to seal it up with a garage door. The technicians Jason and Wally did a super job removing and installing the new door in just under 4 hours without hardly modifying any of the finished sheetrock. Jason explained the yearly maintenance for the garage door and cleaned up everything just the way it looked when he arrived. Thankyou Jason and Wally for the Excellent work. I would recommend Reliable Garage Door to anyone!

Reliable installed my door about five years ago, and all was flawless until Friday evening. I called Reliable that Friday evening. Steffon arrived just before Saturday midday, replaced not just my broken spring but its companion, all in the space of half an hour. His competence was obvious from the first moment.
My warranty was honored, despite my higher-than-average useage.
This company continues to beat expectations with phone response and pleasantness, promptness and quality of service, .

I've had six garage doors installed by Reliable in the past year. There were a few misshaps along the way but with the help from Andrew M all the issues have been corrected. Today he came out to complete the final install of a door that wasn't completed due to having the wrong parts first delivered. After completeing that install he adjusted the sensors on a different door, added a reinforcment strut to a third door that the original installers forgot to install . Then he performed an annual preventative maintence on the other three doors. He also had to replace the weather seal on on of the doors because they were not properly installed. He was here for half the day and had to extend his work day to finish up another job. Way to go Andy. I want you back the next time I need work done on my garage doors.

I called on Friday 2-24-17, the tech was at my home in Ham Lake, MN within an hour and fixed my door and gave me some pointers on what to do if things happen in the future. Will B. is a great tech and did an excellent job!

I had bryn out to do an estimate, He was very professional,took his time to make sure I knew what I was getting! Even had treats for the dogs!!! BTW he gave me an un beatable estimate!
Grant came the following Monday to install neww door and track, I was very pleased with the quality of work and the time he spent showing me what he did. I would reccamend these guys to everyone!! GREAT company!!

Reliable has great response time and does excellent work. We bought the lifetime warranty springs last time we had an issue and today one broke. Justin arrived very quickly and replaced the spring with absolutely no charge and no hassle. I would recommend Reliable to anyone.

The pest service technician noticed that my garage door seal had a small opening. I took a look at the bottom seal and indeed, the seal was already bad. I thought of doing the job of replacing the seal, but I thought of reliable door. Tech Justin came on time, examined the seal, gave me a quick estimate on cost and time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, so, I agreed. In observing the way he did the job, I was so glad I did not do the job myself. It was good to observe a true professional do an outstanding job. They advertise themselves as fast, friendly and reliable and they really meet all these and even exceed my expectations. I am a customer for life!

Bryan was my salesman who answered my 100 questions to a T and Nathan P was my installer who was not only effective but the clean up was past anyone's expectations. Tested the doors and devices and answered my last minute questions. Amazing experience. I recommend RGD to everyone I know

Nate Bridge was out and istalled the door with help of another technician. My garage was a mess but they cleaned and did a tremendous job . Checked and explained operation throughlt.

Had 3 garage doors installed. After a week a piece of trim had warped. Nate, the technician came out and replaced the warped piece. Everything looks great, and works well.

I just moved into a new home and of course something has to break. Bryan assessed the situation on my garage door opener and gave me a couple different options. He even called my husband at work to explain re-explain the options since this isn't my thing... Although we ended up spending more than anticipated, I still feel that we were given all the options, the install was quick, and Bryan was very thorough in his explanation of how the new opener works. Very happy with today's purchase! The best though...My husband got an opener for his key ring to keep on the motorcycle!! Happy Customer!
