I love their services, Ronda is the best she explains everything very good detail by detail and is very attentive with patient needs. Their product are very good and high quality they recommend the best products that fits you! Dr. Tiwana is an amazing doctor he takes really good care of his patients needs and wants.

This "nurse" Vicky Flores has obviously no training using lasers,etc. Went in to have veins zapped and two brown spots removed from my forehead and the treatment she did never worked. I went back, had to pay again, and she burned 4 huge holes in my face with the laser and then tried to tell me it was normal. Gave me a prescription for antibiotics and told me to go home. Treated me like I was overreacting. Now that the 2nd degree burns have healed I have permanent holes in my face around my nose the size of the holes in golf balls. They refused to refund me. The DOCTOR that owns the place totally ignored my report to him about the problem. Don't risk it. There are many others around who have training and experience and actually care!! I'm getting a lawyer.

Not only did Vicky lie when I reported her to the BBB by saying I was examined by Dr Tiwana (her boss), he also lied as I never saw the man or met him in my life and was never examined by anyone but her. A year later the holes are permanent reminders on my face of the grave mistake I made of trusting this scum"

I hate to see that tho place has no reviews when it should because they are AWESOME!

I went on my first treatment today for laser hair removal and it went great! It was a little painful but tolerable with numbing cream.. I was comfortable and received Great attention. And they have great prices.
