AWFUL!! AWFUL!! AVOID THIS PLACE!! by
Fleas in the room. Bit by fleas. Called the state health inspector on them. Mold, waterstain on the ceiling. Wallpaper loose. Very cheap furnishings. Those of you who didn't stay or had their whole reservations cancelled were lucky they didn't stay at such an awful hotel. Probably would have been better staying at the Motel 6 and cheaper. I suspect the orange juice was even old in the machine, because my husband had tried a bit and said it tasted awful!! THERE IS NOT A JACUZZI IN EVERY ROOM AS I HAD READ ON ONE ADVERTISEMENT!! APPEARS THEY TOOK IT OFF JUST WHEN I WAS GOING TO MAKE A CLAIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. There was no housekeeping done to our room in between our two nights of stay. We had to pay upfront for the two nights, which is the first time we had to pay up front. No wander they ask for the money up front, so you are not as likely to back out of your second night of stay after your first AWFUL night. We had asked for our room to be vacuumed

I had reservations with a group and due to a surgery was unable to make it. I called almost 2 weeks before my expected arrival and the man who answered said he was cancelling our entire group. I tried to explain I only needed my reservation cancelled and he repeated the entire group had been cancelled. He then called me a mother f-er and hung up. I've tried finding a corporate office address or number to file an official complaint about this and have been unable to locate it. I would never EVER make another reservation at this place again!!!!

I just called to check availability and the person who answered acted like he could care less if he got my business. Poor customer service = no reservation from me.
