Good, no frills value by jakluvan - 03/05/2009Located in a warehouse park, surrounded by body shops and hockey rinks, Reflections will never be confused with the "big box" DIY stores. But if you want a couple of pieces of precisely cut glass for shelves or a good place to get a beautiful shower enclosure, you'll appreciate a level of value and service that only seems to come from dedicated professionals who don't spend time or money on retail design consultants or Sunday advertising supplements.I'm not a big client and they don't know me at the shop. But on the two occasions that I've needed some cut-to-measure 3/8" shelves - not big orders and at least 5 years apart - they've handled my business exactly the same way: friendly greeting; quick quotation (in one case they had to call for a price on specialty cut and got back to me within 90 minutes); entered my order on my word, not my credit card imprint; pieces finished a little earlier than they were promised. And, with all that great service, still a very fair price.I rarely
