AWFUL EXPERIENCE by bluelucy - 05/12/2009I ordered two Mother's Day Bouquets this year. What a mistake to have called Reed and Cross. Not only did the Mother's not receive their flowers, Reed and Cross took hours to tell me what had happened, no apology, no offer to send flowers, no concern for my feelings was shown at all. Never do business here. They cannot track their FTD orders and show no concern for mistakes. I kept hearing how busy they were and" Oh, mistakes happen." My poor Mom with dementia never did get any flowers and I had to request my refund twice. I found them unprofessional, uncaring, unconcerned, and they made no effort to make things right. I am totally disgusted with that business and would never again do any business there. Buyer, beware.....This is not the old Reed and Cross that worked efficiently and had pride in their professionalism. This is new since being with Grays, and you are just an order to them, not a person.
