I reached out to this Company ojn August 18th to participate in a Family promotion at no cost at all to them and talked to one of the rudest receptionist I have ever worked with. Not only did she refuse to give the manager my message, but she also refused to give me her name or her managers. If this is they way they treat prospective business partners I could only imagine how they would treat actual customers. I would suggest going to the other bowling center in the area I would suggest going to legion lanes or liberty lanes. guaranteed better customer service then this place.

nice lanes. wish they had been oiled but it was good. Facility older looking from outside but remodeled on inside. bathrooms not so clean. Lady at the counter not a happy desposition. Very hard to converse. I think she wished she was elsewhere.no discounts for USBC Bowlers or PBA bowlers.
