I prepaid for a blanket, spread and 2 pillow cases to a young Asian cashier. She was familiar with me because I'd been a 5 year customer. When I came to pick my cleaned items, she and another employee wrapped my items up and I was on my way. Asian got gentleman came out to my care and snatched my items from me and claimed I hadn't paid. I was taken aback by the physical force he thrust upon me. I followed him back in to the cleaners where again stated I had not paid. I asked him to ask the cashier to verify that I paid $48 and several cents to her. She even was aware of who I was having been a customer. She didn't even say a word, seemingly in fear of this guy. On November 12, 2016, I went to get the gentleman's name. Another woman, that was also present that day, refused to give me the gentleman's name. Very suspicious. I have no other choice to file a complaint with the BBB and will file a case with the small claims court. Peter Love
