I, Thomas Michael Lee son (Thomas Walter Lee Jr.) are non biased in my assesment of Reche Canyon Rehabilitation in Colton, CA. I can say in attempting to do the best for my father, who suddenly fell ill to a stroke(right side paralysis,limited speech, sound mind), in seeking healthcare for my father. I was misguided, manipulated, ignored, harassed, neglected, defamed, and bullied by the administration(Brian Cain, Mary Jo) at Reche Canyon Rehabilitation. That might not be all that was done to me, my family and my father by the administration of Reche Canyon. We have LOST our domicile as a result of the RATCHETT behavior of the administration of Reche Canyon.



The administration at Reche completely took advantage of my father's finances. I was told upon my father's arrival I would be aided in getting him transferred and facilitating his benefits . This did not happen I was ignored and taken advantage of.



Reche is not a long term care facility. The fact that my father was a financial gain to the facility has caused my father to still exist at the facility. I worked 10 years as a healthcare care giver this was disheartening to experience for myself.



I was treated with disrespect in terms of getting follow through with the administration in regards to them fulfilling their obligated duties. The administration's NEGLIGENCE costed ME, MY FATHER and FAMILY FINANCIALLY. I do not know why I was treated with such negligence and disrespect. The only REASON I can assume is MONEY...FINANCIAL GAIN.



When I brought my dissatisfaction to the administrator(Brian Cain) about his staff's negligence(Mary Jo & Corrina). I was threatened. I was not given any support, harassed, defamed and reported for fiduciary abuse. I experienced that the staff had incomplete knowledge often with my father's meds, his treatment and his well being.

Adding insult to injury the majority of the times I visited my father he was soiled.



In closing I am writing my account to NOT ONLY WARN OTHERS but to GAIN SUPPORT in acquiring justice in regards to the injustice I have experienced in seeking nothing more than aid as my father was in a time of need.



I intend to move in legal action in regards to these countless actions of NEGLIGENCE and MISGUIDANCE by Reche Canyon's Administrators. My family has experienced MENTAL, PHYSICAL and SPIRITUAL PAIN beyond REASON. I and my family have experienced INFINITE HARDSHIPS from this OCCURRENCE.



I do NOT suggest this FACILITY to anyone. I WILL be USING my documentation, evidence, determination and WILL to FACILITATE the ACCOUNTABILITY that is RETRIBUTION in regards to these HATEFUL ACTIONS.
