Excellent team of Justin, Ahmed,and Adrian incredible installation work first class work.

I just had a new shower unit installed a few days ago by this company. I paid $17,000 for this job, which is basically half of my yearly income. For the price I paid, I'm not at all happy with how things played out. I was told I'd be getting a new window kit, which I thought was going to include removing the old rusty, moldy, and cracked window and frame. But apparently that's not the case, so now I still have the problematic window, which I'll have to figure out how to deal with.

That situation was secondary to the fact that the workers left the front door open, allowing one of our beloved family cats to escape outside. From the start of the job, one thing I made clear was that the front door needed to be kept closed behind them to prevent any of our three cats from getting outside. I spent most of the remainder of the day and night frantically searching for our cat, while my disabled and mentally ill mother cried and had an anxiety attack. Lucky for us, I found her late that night hiding in our garage, terrified. I don't know what we would have done if we never found her.

I've made several attempts to address these issues with Reborn, all of which have been ignored or dismissed.

Overall, I found Reborn to be dishonest about the work being done and very careless in executing the job. I'm going to make sure I advise all of my friends and family to avoid this business at all costs.

The two men who did this job were great polite friendly and showed us their progress as they worked. This is my second bathroom remodel and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Osvaldo P was wonderful. Working by himself. Very conscientious, thorough, knowledgeableAnd easy to work with. Kept us informed throughout the process. Could not have had a better person.Cleaned up everything afterward and took away all the trash. Very happy with the service.

Fernando and Donny were great. They have a great chemistry and that's good for business. They have great personalities as well. They played their music and great taste in that too. This company is great. They put in a walk-in shower, exactly how my dad wanted it. They got it done by the end of the day and they expected to have to come back the next day. I highly recommend them

These two men were amazing on each and every detail of the install which is why it looks great! They were on time,professional, kind, curtious, and cleaned up after they were done with the installed. Kyle Ward project supervisor had to deal with a very difficult HOA and did so with patience and tact. All problems were resolved with his expertise. Alberto Pascual and Manuel Millan installed our walk in shower efficiently and expertly. They were a pleasure to work with and a real asset to their company: Reborn. 5 stars.

Guilerimo and herman and max . Did my 3 bathrooms in 3 days . I can’t say enough about how great they were . So kind very thaughtful mindful and cared about every aspect of the jobs . They were here 8 on the dot till 5 working so hard , I highly recommend them what a awesome team . I’m so happy Thankyou

i am very pleased with my new shower. The workers Guillermo M and Jaime F. were very professional. They kept the work area neat. They were here for two days they were prompt. they were patient and took the time to explain all the features, and most important the placement of the additional options that i purchased. i am pleased with the service i received.

Jose and Javier did a wonderful job installing a handy cap friendly shower. It really dresses up the entire bathroom.
I would highly recommend both of these men. They are friendly and very professional. I appreciate that any questions I had were answered and left me feeling satisfied with my decision to have this remodel done.
