RENTERS AND BUYERS BEWARE OF LORI!! The worst property manager ever. It's so hard to get any maintenance issues fixed (still waiting on two main issues from the time we moved in-LAST YEAR!!! We were in the process of moving out and without any official written notice that we were moving out, she started advertising the house and even showing it without a 24 hour notice. I should have known better when we first moved in the house and we had to go days without water and she failed to tell us that. So she tries to "compensate" us by giving us a USED Applebee's gift card. lol. Looking crazy trying to order food with a $0 balance card. Just save your money cause you are paying someone else's mortgage and way over what the mortgage is causing the house to be over priced and why it sat so long before we moved in. I'm sure we will lose most of our security deposit cause she wants us to pay for every little thing that was wrong with the house before we moved it. Just crooked. But you have been warned.
