I was in extreme pain for 4 days before actually seeing a Chiropractor. My family Dr. was only going to prescribe pain killers and anti-inflammatory meds. Dr. Polaski not only explained where the problem was prior to the adjustment, but also emphasized the need to perform exercises in my house to help heal my back. After two days, I'm not completely better, but feel significantly better than I had prior to my first visit. I plan on continuing to see Dr. Polaski after this injury heals because pain is not a lifestyle!

Dr. Ray has helped me to deal with the after effects of chemo, radiation and surgeries. He has worked with me as I have worked with my other doctors and has helped me to move easily again. He is always accommodating with his office hours and is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. And he books his appointments appropriately apart so I have never had to wait. You are in and out of his office in the time it takes to do the adjustment! His office is very connivently located. Thank you Dr. Ray!!

Thanks to Dr. Ray, I have been given my physical life back. He is always friendly and accommodating to your time and physical pain. I would recommend (and have recommended) him to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

Dr. Rae is friendly and couldn't be more accomadating. Whenever I needed to be seen even if I didn't have an appointment he would get me in. He goes the extra mile every time, and even after hours can be reached if necessary. He is very professional in every way. I would highly recomend him to anyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Polaski for about 4 years. I was experiencing a great deal of pain in my neck, had never been to a chiropractor before but needed one so I went online and started searching. Starting with my first session I felt so much better! Dr. Ray gave me exercises to do that helped and I faithfully see him every 6 weeks for an adjustment whether I need it or not. Dr. Ray is very knowledgable, always listens, and he is an overall extremely nice person!!!

I've been to a few different chiropractors over the years and Dr. Polaski has been the best one yet. He always listens to my concerns and also offers suggestions on how to continue taking care of myself at home...and always reminds me to stretch! I always walk out of his office feeling better than I did when I walked in. His hours and office location are also very convenient; it's rare to find a doctor's office that is open after 5:00, so not having to take sick time in the middle of work day just for an appointment is a huge relief. - Lauren S

Dr. Polaski is an excellent chiropractor and having been to many over the years I can say this. When I first went to him I was in so much pain I could barely walk or straighten up. The first adjustment he did was extremely helpful and I have been improving ever since. My daughter and husband both have been to see him and one of the things I like about Dr. Polaski is he doesn't have you coming back for unnecessary treatment. My daughter teaches Zumba and pulled a muscle in her back. Dr. Polaski adjusted her a couple of times, gave her exercises to help maintain and told her to come back when she needed to see him. I always leave the office feeling much improved. If you are looking for a chiropractor you should give Dr. Polaski a try.

I've been doing chiropractic for 50 years. When We retired and moved to Bear, I needed a new Dr. I tried a couple of others and was not pleased. I gave Dr. Polaski a try and made an instant connection. He really knows his stuff. Being a former teacher, I love that he explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. Gave me a series of exercises that has kept me "whole" unless I do several hours of yard work, then a quick visit and I'm back to feeling good. I swear by him, to the point that I have my wife going also. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I have been going to Dr. Ray for several months now at the suggestion of my husband who has been a patient for about a year and a half. It has been a very positive experience for me. Dr. Ray is so kind and takes the time to fully understand any concerns and has suggestions of steps to take at home to improve any problem area. Dr. Polaski has been a very important part of my health care. I met Dr. Ray when I lived in Delaware. I moved to Pennsylvania but still return often for treatment. He always accommodates my schedule. My health issues have improved dramatically under his care and guidance.

Dr. Ray is very friendly and gets to the problem you are having. I have been going to him for at least 8 years. He always finds time to help you with what is hurting and out of sorts I have recommended him to a lot of my friends and family.

I've been seeing Dr. Ray for several years now, and can say he is the friendliest doctor I've ever been to. He takes the time to talk and listen to his patients, and provides a therapy that really works. He pinpointed the source of my back pain just 5 minutes into the consultation and developed a therapy plan that worked better than any other treatment I had received. He is very flexible with scheduling appointments, and I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. His methodology is quick and to the point, but always thorough. He even treated an unrelated sports ankle injury and had me back on the field in literally half the time that was estimated for traditional physical therapy. Plus his on-site muscle therapist is a great addition to remedy those aching muscles. I highly recommend Dr. Ray to any of my friends or others looking for a dedicated chiropractor.

Dr. Polaski is a compassionate, knowledgeable Chiropractor who will provide relief for many alignment and pain issues. He will work with you on a treatment plan encompassing Chiropractic, massage and/or other therapies and long term pain relief. I always feel improvements after a visit to Dr. Ray's office.

I had surgery on my back. Dr. Ray developed a succesful recovery plan for me. He was the first person I called after my very serious car accident. I am happy to say my life is back to normal. I wouldn't trust my spine to anyone else. Tammy H. :)

Dr. Polaski is an extremely friendly, competent, and skilled chiropractor. He takes the time to listen to his patients; provides excellent service; and is very flexible around meeting your schedule. I started out seeing Dr. Ray several years ago for neck and leg pain. I had been to other chiropractors for these issues over the years, but Dr. Ray was the one who put me on the path to wellness. He has used an integrated approach of chiropractic techniques, modalities such as ultrasound and electric stimulation and has taught me how to incorporate core strengthening exercises, along with stretching to address my pain issues. He is very knowledgeable in sports injury treatment which is important to our active family. He will almost always get me in for an appt. on the same day I call and I never have to sit in the waiting room waiting for treatment. He doesn't rush our appt and he really listens to me about my pain concerns so his treatment can be modified to meet the need. His office also offers massage therapy to augment treatment for maximum results. He is courteous, personable and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ray for anyone needing chiropractic care.
