Raymar Basement Flash-Flood Control System Model No. FF-360EP.00 is your best insurance against basement flooding caused by storm water back-ups flowing out of floor drains, shower stalls, bathtubs or toilets during a severe thunderstorm. Mounted in the basement with no changes to existing house main sewer line. System is very reliable because all the components are not exposed to raw sewage. Top of tank (sump) is approximately 1/2" below basement floor. 3" pvc or steel pipe is used to connect the system to existing drain pipe or vent pipe. System uses two industrial rated, high capacity, submersible ejector pumps. Ejector pump specifications---115vac, 1/2 hp, 2" ftp sisch. and 180 gpm capacity @ 5 ft head. System is fully automatic and designed to be virtually maintenance free. Size of polyethylene tank (sump) with poly-e cover is 18" diameter x 30" tall. Installed price is only a fraction compared to other types of flood control systems. Installing a complete system takes approximately two days to finish. Existing flood control systems like chick valves or hand operated gate valves can be easily converted to our fully automatic flash flood control system. Before remodeling your basement, you may want to consider installing "Raymar BasementFlash-Flood Control System" especially if your basement is susceptible to flooding during severe thunderstorms.

INSTALLED MODEL #FF-360EP.00 INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS:
-Heavy duty polyethylene tank (sump), 18" diameter x 30" tall with poly-e cover.
-One SKV50AW1 ejector pump (upper), 115 vac, 1/2 hp, 180 gpm @ 5' head, 2"f fpt, 10' cable with wide angle mechanical float switch with 10' cable and 2" check valve.
-4" x 4" electrical box w/ cover, two duplex recepticles & two power indicating lights.
- 2" tank to the existing pvc pipes and fittings for upper and lower ejector pumps discharge piping.
-3" pvc pipes and fittings for connecting tank to the existing drain pipe or vent pipe.
-Floor drains in the basement will be privided with float stop assemblies.
