Could not figure out how to re light our gas fireplace after turning our main gas line off! Ray took us through it step by step on the phone! Saved us a service charge! If only all companies were this much help!

Ray brought a used fireplace back to life... and then a few weeks later I could not get it to light (beyond lighting the pilot). I called him and he returned my call quickly, walked me through the process and immediately identified what I had done wrong. He could have made a house call and charged me $120.00!He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and prices are fair. Call him and hope he is not to busy to help you out!! He's awesome!

Ray is extremely knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I had an issue with my gas fireplace and had been trouble shooting it for a month. Spoke to Ray on the phone and explained what the sequence of events were. He properly diagnosed the problem and saved me about $700 in the process. Ray is tops in his field, very busy but takes the time to get back to his customers. I would refer anyone to Ray for his excellent customer service. Thanks Ray!SincerelyScott Clark

I called Ray to repair my fireplace, of course, during the busiest time of the year just before Christmas. I described my problem and what I did to attempt to repair. Over the phone he told me what the likely cause was and instructed me how to figure out if that was it or not and where to get the part. I did as he instructed and within a few hours it was fixed. I would have waited for him to come out and probably spend a few hundred dollars but he was honest and nice enough to spend a little time with me so I could fix it myself. Thank you Ray.Mark

Had a repair issue, Ray came out the same day we called. Fixed our fireplace... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Answered questions and did trouble shooting over the phone. He even came out after normal business hours to help us.

Ray happened to be in my area of town. He returned my call and was here within 30 minutes! Those 30 minutes include repair time. Just amazing timing. My fireplace works great now. Ray was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

The switch on my gas fireplace stopped working. Ray have me the cost estimate before he even came out! He called before he came, was on time and not only repaired my fireplace but installed a remote control plus a new switch on the wall! I highly recommend him!

We needed service on our 2 /15 year old non-working fireplaces. Neither would light with its automatic switch. We found Ray online and were impressed with his reviews. Ray was very considerate on the phone. He explained the possible problems and the expense we could incur. He arrived promptly and was extra considerate of our home. He explained what he was doing as he went along and showed us the things we need to do each year. We were impressed with Ray in every way. We felt very confident in his ability and honesty. We even requested he put a remote control with a timer on each fireplace. Ray did not push us into purchasing anything extra. He simply explained all of our options and let us decide what we wanted him to do. When Ray handed us the bill, it was to the penny what he had told us on the phone. We were so pleased!We highly recommend Ray for fireplace service! He exceeded our expectations in every way......and we are very fussy! Ray is now our "Fireplace Guy!
