Where is my money!?!?
by Ed , 02/25/2013
Paid over $400 for a pistol in March 20112 They kept saying it was on back order and now I find out they're mysteriously out of business? How can you be out of business when you're taking in money, and never spending any to give the customer their product!?!?
Lost over $1200 but they really hurt the town/city of Newport. They need to be held accountable.

I ordered a pistol and shotgun from these fellows. I paid upfront to support my local gunshop. Only problem is that these guys kept saying that the gun is still at their distributors and for me to come back later. That kept happening for months on end. They sold a pistol that came in and sold it to another customer. More excuses. And now I hear they're going out of business? And another unrelated gunshop called PKArms opening up in their place? What happened to letting me know that they are closing shop. The right thing to do would be to either deliver the pistol and shotgun or give me a full refund. I would take either and walk away. I won't let myself be downed by these guys but please remember who this Ray, and Nate are. Spread the word. I kept trying to give them chances. No more. I've seen these same guys tell other older gentlemen the same excuses of why their orders did not come in. These guys really hurt the community of Newport. I shudder at the thought of how many others have been taken advantage of.

Won't pay consignment after 6 months
by Pissed Off , 01/02/2012
Brought my .38 to this young buck about 6 months ago. Called him several times to get my money and the kid keeps dodging me. I am going to get my lawyer and take this con artist to get my monies owed. Worst experience ever.

Ray sold my shotgun as a consignment in july 2011.It is Oct.25 2011 and he has not paid me. I have had many unreturned phone calls and have been told that the check has been sent. I highly recomend people to do business elsewhere.
Every Gunshop Should Like Rays
by Thomas , 09/03/2009
This day and time everyone looks for the lowest price but seem to forget service after the sale. Rays is just that if you have a problem with your purchase call I would be you are told bring it back and let them take a look. Try that a Wal-Mart. If you trying to get a gift of ammo or just pick up the wrong shells Wal-Mart wont let you return it even for a exchange. I urge anyone who is a outdoor person to try Rays you will like what you see and be supporting a local merchant.
