I got the key stuck in the lock of an interior door, but the window was open in that room, and it was looking like rain. He came out the same day I called. He asked me if I had tried jiggling it, using lubricant, etc. He didn't want to charge me for a house visit, if I could fix it myself. I thought this was very honest. As a matter of fact, I had tried all of the things he suggested, but the key wouldn't budge. After examining the lock, he unlocked the door and removed key, in under 5 minutes. I could not have been happier with the prompt, expert service I received.
