5 What a gem! by Diana S. - 10/21/2014

First time customer, very impressed with her honesty! I brought in some of my grandmother's jewelry, got a very fair price from her and she even informed me of some pieces that were real gold and diamond that I had thought was costume jewelry. So glad I that I didn't go somewhere else! Wow!

5 Best Antique Store in Arizona by Dennis - 10/21/2014

I've been to hundreds of antique stores and I still see things here that I've never seen before. The owner will give you a little run-down on them as well. One of the nicest, most friendly, congenial people that I've ever met, always a delight. Many antique stores look like grandma's house exploded, but this store is well-organized and full of beautiful, chic, interesting pieces. Especially her native American jewelry, baskets, and rugs. When it comes to that, this lady knows her stuff like nobody else. She also has a fantastic jewelry selection if you are looking for a piece for a man or a woman. Very balanced selection of items, a little bit of everything.Anyway, can't say enough good about this little gem. I've seen her around long enough to know that she is a very hard-working woman, and I think she deffinitely deserves your business.

5 BUY HERE WITH CONFIDENCE!! by elizabeth - 09/15/2014

Having been on the hunt for an antique diamond ring for a long time, at this little treasure chest, I finally found the perfect ring, at an affordable price. The owner of this place was informative and more knowledgeable about estate jewelry than anyone at any antique store I have ever been to. She treated me like a family member. It is well worth a visit for anyone who likes good quality jewelry and appreciates real antiques. I will definitely be returning. 5 stars.

1 The old Switcharoo by Dino - 09/04/2014

As a business owner you hate to receive a bad review and you understand the difficulty of giving a bad review but I couldn't believe what happen at this shop yesterday. I went in and looked around and I asked about a Pin and Necklace and as the owner was pulling them out she thought I was not looking she pulled of the price tag which I saw before ($95) and put a new tag of $245.I called her on it and she said she's the owner of the store and it was an old price and she could do whatever she wants! That's bat S**t crazy! Just two weeks ago I had an item miss tagged in my booth and I honored the price even though I lost on the deal because it's the honorable thing to do for your client, your customer and yourself. It was the customer that caught the mistake and it's the customer that should benefit. This item in her shop was not miss tagged but knowing I'm a dealer she just thought she could get more money out of me.This owner has no honor and low character and where I come from what she did is called a scam, a cheat and a switcharoo. That is a big no no in business getting caught trying to cheat a potential customer and I will let all my dealer friends know what happened and to avoid this shop and especially the owner.I think you should do the same!

5 Was I Ever Lucky! by GinaM - 05/02/2011

I was so fortunate to have found Michelles Shop, I was going through a divorce and wanted to sell my engagement ring. Honestly, I was so desparate that she could've taken advantage of me in my desparate state.....But No, she was very honest and told me I had a premium diamond and hold on to it until the right buyer came along with the right price. She really took her time out to help me, went beyond her call of duty and she was completely honest with me.Even after leaving the shop that day she has continued to help me with advice on how to find that right buyer. Completely, amazed, very happy and will definetly be referring Michelle and her shop. She is truly A Rare Find in this business!
