They always present the issue clearly so even someone like myself can understand the problem and when possible, they provide alternative ways to solve the problem based on my time, budget and overall condition of the vehicle. The mechanics know their stuff and as a single woman who knows very little about cars and feels like the auto industry has taken advantage of that over the years, I trust that the advice and recommendations from Randy's Auto are in my best interest and are accurate assessments of the car repairs I need. The staff and mechanics reach out to me personally before any work is performed and if the situation changes, I am always informed of any new issues that arise so that together we can prioritize the most urgent need. Based on the number of customers Randy's Auto services, the time to repair seems reasonable.
