Usually go to banfield but wanted a second opinion. Setting up appointment online was easy, the women here were so nice. I didn't feel rushed, they took the time to answer all my questions. We found ourselves a new vet, and will definitely be back.

Please use extreme caution and careful consideration with this establishment. Took my dog in for dental cleaning and they pulled more teeth than they gained approval for, which was subsequently half of my pets teeth. They still charged me full price for the cleaning plus the extractions. Although the cost isn't a factor as my pet is insured, they have undoubtedly changed the architecture of his mouth and his diet will have to be altered as such. They disregarded my instructions to call me, instead stating that I noted my husbands phone number which is incorrect. During the screening they identified 2-3 teeth, gained approval for 6-8, and ultimately pulled 11. My pet was in no discomfort , still eating kibble and bones and according to them had no infection or other indication that supported that many extractions. Please either A) use caution or B) find a clinic that allows you to advocate for your pets as you see fit.
