I've been to a lot of the car wash place here in oceanside but this one is by far the worst. Customer service is worse than worst.

My daughter had her Nintendo D...

My daughter had her Nintendo DS STOLEN from this car wash! I had a bad feeling about this place, so much that I double checked that nothing was stolen, but I forgot to check in the back. As soon as I left I went to pick up my daughter and she looked for her Nintendo DS and it was gone. She played with it that morning in the car and we never take it out of the car. This place will pick pocket your car and steal what they want. I called and spoke to the manger. The manger would not let me speak to the owner, and told me they are not responsible for any theft. Stay away from this place, the employees are THIEVES!
