i would have normally gave this hotel a 5 star because i was a regular every weekend. i didnt stay there because i had to, i stayed because my children liked it and enjoyed the employees, but recently we had booked a room there, when we arrived to check in, i was told that i was not allowed to stay there anymore. i asked why and was told because i left trash in the room and that my kids ran around. the fact that cleaning the room is the maids job and they should complain about it, am i suppose to empty my trash myself? and if they knew that it was my children running around, couldnt they have called my room and let me know? i know at other hotels they have a "quiet time" for guests. which i think ramada is not up to 5 star hotel status. also the night clerk jonathan was very rude and had a bit of a mouth on him, should be fired. over all, hotel management could have contacted me and asked me about these accusations, instead of going off of hearsay. i didnt have to stay there, i chose to stay there. many other hotels that will welcome my children and i. the only employee that i thought was very friendly and thinks he should be the manager is Charles. i give him 5 stars and the hotel 0 stars. will be telling my friends and family not to donate their money to this hotel. also found bed bugs in room 135. and dont leave any food crumb on the floor because it will be swarmed wit ants within 10 minutes. also need to clean their air ducts, my 1 year old baby always got sick when we stayed there.
