Nearly all work is done "in-house" with guys that have been with us for ten or more years. We do not use subcontractors, because they often cause delays and can be unreliable. We will never tell you what you "want to hear" in an effort to make an easy sell. We will never offer remedial repairs that are unnecessary. We will only offer cheaper alternatives after making it clear that full transfer of liability is not possible if lesser options are chosen.

Remedial is a term used often in legal circles to describe the repair or retrofit of existing structures. We have had extensive experience in concrete and foundation remediation as well as in subsurface and surface drainage remediation in Texas and California. More recently, that is since 1997, We have been heavily involved in stucco and exterior cladding remediation here in Utah.
