If your in a hurry this is not the hair salon you want to go too. I called on a Monday for an appointment for that Saturday, I called Tuesday to confirm my appointment and they assured me my name was on for Saturday. I go in Saturday morning I waited a good 30 minutes before finally going up to the reception area to see what was going on. Can you believe I go up and she says my name WAS NOT on the list after they assured me 4 days prior that it was. Even with a so called appointment expect to be there more than 2 hours. Very slow service and the outcome is very disappointing!!!!! I will never go here again!!!!
