Mr. Spencer and I spoke on the phone about a family peice I have wondered about for quite some time, I live about 45 minutes away and the piece is rather large- he was so helpful in allowing me to email him a photo and helped me Identify it and the period its from! I will know be able to answer peoplw when they ask! Thank you!!

I am sad to say I received the same curt response with items refused sight unseen. I understand that times are tough right now but to not even take the opportunity to see what is for sale seemed rather rude. I have a house full of antiques from several generations of collectors....so your loss Spencers and I hope other buyers and sellers have better luck with your shop.

I called the antique shop and was told to email a picture of what I had to sell. I did...no response...2 phone messages...no response. Called the 3rd time...was told not interested (which was perfectly fine) and was hung up on. I am completely shocked at the service I received. I will not be shopping or promoting this business in any way.

I HAVE VISITED THIS SHOP SEVERAL TIMES, BOTH SELLING AND BUYING ANTIQUES AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE, WIDE SELECTION OF ITEMS AND MOST OF ALL... THEIR VERY REASONABLE PRICES (BOTH SELLING & BUYING). I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYTIME, THEIR ONE OF THE FEW THAT OFFER EXPERT ADVICE WITH HONESTY!
