Ruben Flores made SO MANY promises to us but didn't do NOTHING. He said that the yard will look like a paradise and seemed very knowledgeable about plants and how they should be taken care of. We were amazed that he is planning on doing such an extraordinary job. Blah blah blah... Didn't happen. He was supposed to take care of my mom's lawn. She is handicapped and lives by herself. I live in a different state. We hired him in order to take some load off my brother's shoulders who is doing literally everything. Ruben and his team greatly disappointed us !!!! Once a week they were coming and spent at the most 10 min there doing awful chop chop job. Grass was cut terribly sloppy, weeds were everywhere. We didn't say a word to him believe it or not! My husband said to me What do you want ... for $30 a week he is performing a basic job. So it got to the point where we were just glad that at least grass is cut somehow and no fine from village.

Do you want to know what was the last drop? Ruben tried to double bill ! He sent over $200 bill for 8 weeks which we paid and 10 days later sent another one for $200. We contacted him and explained that it's a mistake but his words were Hey, Didn't I work hard at your lawn ? No you didn't plus that's not a reason to pay twice! We provided a proof from the bank that it was actually his wife who cashed the first check. After that he simply vanished and we never saw him again. AVOID. BE AWARE. IRRESPONSIBLE. DISHONEST. Only likes to collect money from (in his opinion) rich Americans. We aren't fools. Ruben you WORST landscaper I ever seen! Hope your customers will realize it eventually. I especially feel sorry for seniors.
