I took my car there because the Firestone on S. Carrollton said I needed a new engine mount ($250). Guess what? I do not need a new engine mount and there is nothing wrong with my car. Ray was very nice and clear when he explained how everything worked. I left feeling more knowledgeable and confident about my car.
