One sad customer

R & L was my best friend when biding on my job and accepting my payment they couldn't have been more friendly. But after the decks were finished and they needed to come back out to do some minor repairs they forget who you are. They ask us to send a few pictures we did and the reply was just like crickets nothing. So I fixed what need to be repaired last night myself and I'll tell you I'll never do any business with these guys again.....Jody Adams
Very poor experience

Had a huge fence put in referred many neighbors that was a huge mistake. They promised to show on a stated date and then never came, and it took us asking for a refund for them to show up. They then started putting posts in and then left halfway thru that. They then finally finished the job like a month later and then it took another 2-3 weeks to get our gates in. This whole experience was the worst by far if I did this in my business there would be no more company! We then never got a invoice and when they gave us one they then started harassing us everyday for the money. Came highly recommended and I can't figure out why.
Unprofessional and Uncaring

Have had several problems with fence installed. In particular our gate. It was not installed properly and we have had it have it redone. Worker who installed brought dog (not okay) and did not follow our instructions on placement of vinyl fence. When we complained we were dismissed and were not helped. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The R & L represenative that came by to bid out a deck was not professionally dressed, his attire consisted of wrinkled shorts, sleeveless shirt and sunglasses which he never removed, even in the house. His answers to my questions were curt. His whole demeanor was one that indicated to me that our job didn't mean anything to his company. His bid was one of the highest too. The only reason I called R & L is their company did some work for us in the past and it was really good, they were Best Vinyl then. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
No follow through

I had them come out and do an estimate. That was all gravy since they wanted my buisness.. but come game day when everything was suppose to be ready.. it wasn't. then they forgot or lost some of my caps and said they would come back and put those on for me... NEVER DONE. find a company who cares.

They shorted me 4 pickets and 4 toprails, and 2 bottom rails, and they say I have to buy them again! I spent $10,000 over 3 summers, and they are going to squeeze me for another $150!Amazing!They are not a customer friendly company, and I hope they choke on the $150
