My experience with Mr. Kinder...disappointing, met with Mr. Kinder, discussed situation, cut a $1200.00 check retaining his professional services. Spoke with him a couple of time, Andy assured us, everything was ok, and he was working for us on his end...then last year my Tax Return was usurped and ever since, Andy Kinder has not returned ANY of my voice mails and (my perception based on my experience) he screens his calls, I have not been able to actually speak with him on a call, voice mail every time regardless of, day of the week, or time of day...

Would've gone to him for a charge I recently got, but I don't want somebody working with prosecutors. If I didn't do a crime I'm not going to plead guilty for it and turning down prosecutor deals only hurts my chances. It's amazing how messed up the justice system is.

Do you lie to your clients to get them to plead guilty to a crime because "you" are working with the prosecutors and not really for your client?
