I was assaulted by the pharmacist, worst part is.. it wasn't even my worst interaction with them.

by Kevin Amber Horton , 06/30/2012

My experience with Quizenberrys has been horrible from the start. I only go there because it's the ONLY compounding pharmacy in Salem. So it's my only choice for getting my daughter's seizure medication. They have been late filling her medication every month since the start, and that's with me calling every other day to remind them. Somehow it never gets done. I'm there once a month. Last month the pharmacist tried to once again "explain" why they didn't make it on time. I said I just wanted to leave, and she put her hands on me. I got really scared, backed up and asked her not to touch me. Today when I went to get her meds they weren't ready once again. But this time when she came to tell me they didn't have it made yet she came barreling at me, stretched out her arms and legs and physically blocked (well tried) me from leaving the store so I would have to listen to her excuse. My husband happened to walk in at that moment, made her move and let me go. I was balling and terrified by this point. Then to top it off as I was running for the door she tells me I'm no longer welcome there... Real nice. -Disappointed Parent

The Greatest Pharmacy

by Quisenberry , 11/09/2007

I would have to say that Quisenberry Pharmacies is the greatest pharmacy in Oregon. It beats any pharmacy around. I think that people should come to Quisenberry Pharmacies and expirence the welcome that we have instead of some chain store where you don't get to know the people that help you. If you come to Quisenberry Pharmacies, you can personally meet the owner as in chain stores you wont. Quisenberry Pharmacies welcomes anyone and everyone. You can buy gifts and candy for all ages!!!
