Quinn has had extensive experience in personal injury cases, criminal defense, bankruptcy, divorce and custody cases, as well as general litigation and appellate advocacy. The animating force behind Casey's law practice for the past three decades is a desire to prevent and fight any injustice, but especially the injustices commited by the State against its citizen and by large powerful actors against the less powerful.

Justin A. Quinn joined the firm in 2005 while still in law school at the University of Nebraska. Justin spent his first two years as a clerk learning effective appellate advocacy and drafting bench briefs for use during trial. Since graduating from law school in 2006, Justin has been licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa. Justin A. Quinn's practice has focused primarily on divorce and custody cases, criminal defense and personal injury.
