Very impressed with their customer service and prices. We were driving from Montana and had a problem wother our tire. At 7:00 on a Saturday they helped us out. Replaced our tire for a great price. Dennis, who helped us was very friendly and helpful. He even have sunglasses and frisbees to our kids to keep them entertained. We'd highly recommend this place.

I have tried other places for oil changes, and Quicklane is the quickest, with the best service and always professional.They don't try to sell me other things that aren't needed. I appreciate that.

This place is great. Mike and Michael at the front desk are terrific and the guys out in the shop really know what they are doing. I've had similar tire work done at other shops around town and none of them can compare to the excellent service and outstanding results from everyone here at Quick Lane. If you want your tire work done quickly, at a reasonable price, and with no vibration...Use these guys!!!

Friendly fast and professional

Without a doubt, this place is the best auto place I ever visited. While driving from Las Vegas to Saskatchewan, I had some tire issues, and Mike Davis took care of it right away. I am so amazed by these folks, I wished I lived there!

Thanks to the employees of Quick Lane for an interesting and informative clinic on car maintenance for women. I learned more from this clinic than I learned from the dealership that sold me my car. They answered questions and gave demonstrations that were very helpful to me. I hope all the ladies in Idaho Falls take advantage of the "From Lipstick to Dipstick" ladies only service clinic next year.

Mike and the staff took care of us like we were life long friends. Excellent care. Great service. Going back again soon.

James & Scott did a great job fixing my flat tire. Friendly, fast and no charge!!

Walmart serviced my truck in error so they sent me to a Ford Quick Lane service center. The staff was going out of their way to help me repair and replace the defective part. In the end, repairs complete, they didn't charge anything. Seeing how great the service was, I returned the next day and bought 6 tires..I know I'll get good service again. A big thanks to Huston & Josh...excellent service
