We have used this lab on at least 6 different times and every time they screw something up. My son ends up with multiple sticks when it should be just one, tests the doctor ordered have been overlooked. This last screw up was a monumental inconvenience for my teenage son. This specific "collection" involved 24 hours of hauling around urine at school etc. Because they didn't get the directions correct we didn't have enough collection containers for the whole 24 hours which made the test void. So he gets to do it all over again for 24 more hours. He's a senior in high school. The labs incompetence has caused a lot of stress and additional embarrassment. Thanks idiots! To make this even worse is the fact that Espiranza the main lady there is hateful and unfriendly. I don't think any of them like their jobs. We won't be back.
