Defective Merchandise, Poor Customer Service, NO Refunds, SCAM

I recently purchased a bra from Queen Elena. The bra was $48.I was charged $25 for expedited shipping, the package came clearly marked with a $13.25 postage stamp. More importantly, the elastic in the bra was literally crumbling out. The style bra does not have clasps and relies entirely on elastic to stay up. Whenever touched our stretched, chunks of the elastic fell out of the bra. I returned to the bra to Queen Elena on July 14, 2010. It was received and signed for in their shop on July 15. Included with my return was a letter requesting the full refund of the purchase and shipping price ($73) since the item was not in acceptable condition for sale. As of August 9, no employee had contacted me to resolve the situation. When I contacted Carole directly on August 9, I was told that their return policy (which was not mentioned when we spoke) states that no refunds or returns may be made. Queen Elena customer service is the best! I came in looking for a full figure strapless bra. I was measured and two bras later had the perfect strapless bra. Thanks Queen Elena!

I have bought my foundations and shoes there. The ladies are very helpful and not judgemental. They even let me try my things on for the perfect fit. Can't wait to go back.
