i was very happy with the quality of your computer and your sales people, until i had a problem with illness and was for the first time late, i sent the payment and called to explain i couldn't come to store to pay i am 67 years old and very ill, the sales person that called me friday was rude condesending and made me feel like poor trash.

Went i went in i told the sales people i wanted a HP LAPTOP! TOSHIBA laptop is not what i asked for they didnt listen to what I wanted .All i wanted was an HP LAPTOP plain and simple laptop. Instead they give me one i totally dont undersatand way to many stuff. What ever happened to what the customer wants. But the salespeople were very nice but didnt listen. I heard about Quality Rentals be part of home staging. My husband and I when Seattle Quality Rentals to get a good idea about much would it cost me to stage my house that i was putting on market this summer, first thing wasnt really explain to me how there system works and the prices, pretty much felt like i was being force to rental stuff from them and didnt make me feel confortable why should I rent from them. Then after we got a idea and told them we will be back after we deicide what we will need to stage in our house one of John L. Scott from Bellevue told us about the Bellevue Quality Rentals so we when by there and see there price list and showcase. I was very suprise how they handle there customers and explain to me all the steps that I will need to do and help me out pick out furniture that will fit with every piece and pretty much made me feel that I dont need to hire a stager and that I can do this by my self and feel really happy with there service...THANK YOU BELLEVUE STO
