New owners / operators are terrible/rude/incompetent!

We are long-time customers.

They lost two men's high-quality business shirts on two occasions... I was able to spot one hanging on the rack without a ticket. The second is still lost after three weeks.

They were extremely rude. No compensation for the shirt despite it being new.

Other customer's at counter also having issues.

Previous owners were wonderful. Wish they would buy it back!

Do not use this Dry Cleaner!
